One week old!!

Thank you so much for all your beautiful wishes on the birth of Esta!! It really means a lot to me! May we always share in each other's Simchos (times of joy)!!

Esta is one week old today and I am more and more in love with her every day! I can't stop staring at her and still can't get over the little miracle that she is!

In December I finished working at the Sinai Academy, an incredible school started by my older sister Zc on Cape Towns West Coast. It is is an International Jewish Pre and Primary School based on the progressive Montessouri and Reggio educational models. It is very child centered and has a great team of educators. I will definitely miss being there.

One of my sister in laws is taking over my position so today I went with her to the school to show her the ropes before the start of the new school year.

I have major cabin fever so was happy to get out, although last night I already went out to take a bride to the Mikva - the beautiful ritual for a bride before her wedding day.

My precious little Esta

My precious little Esta

I bought this jean waist coast in H & M while I was in New York and was waiting for a chance to wear it.

My skirt is a Kookai skirt from Australia which I have lived in for the past 8 years - it is great for pregnancy too. A friend visiting from Australia gave it to me as a gift and it's probably the most worn article of clothing in my wardrobe!

I am still in the midst of writing about my birth experience and look forward to sharing it with you soon!
