Every week of the four week plan begins with a short video. This is the first one. It gives a basic overview of Kosher and shares some similarities between the Kosher and Banting diets. It is a short, fun clip that I hope you will enjoy.
As I point out in the video, Kosher is the diet of the soul. Whatever your diet choice may be, what is most important is that we live mindfully and consciously, knowing that what we eat affects us both physically and spiritually.
